InvestmentRadar.gr publishes neutral, source-linked notes on real estate, hospitality, industry, energy, tax frameworks and the economy in Greece and Cyprus.

Methodology#

• Primary sources first. Our main sources are ELSTAT, the Bank of Greece, AADE, the Government Gazette, Enterprise Greece, CYSTAT, the Central Bank of Cyprus, the Cyprus Department of Lands and Surveys, Cypriot ministries, and company disclosures. When we use a secondary source, we name it and link the primary source where we can. See Official data sources.
• Every figure has a reference period (for example "Q2 2026") and a link to its source. We do not publish a figure we cannot check.
• No forecasts presented as fact. Official projections are labelled as projections and attributed. Project dates are the developers' stated targets.
• Dates. Every page shows a published date and a last-updated date. Notes also show the date of the data they use.

Source checks before publication#

Every note is checked against primary sources before it is published. For tax, regulatory, real-estate and hospitality rules, this means the Government Gazette (ΦΕΚ), the relevant ministry or tax authority (for example AADE, the Ministry of Tourism, the Migration Ministry, gov.cy) and CyLaw.

• Claims we cannot confirm in a primary source are cut. Points available only from a secondary source (a law firm, an adviser or the press) are kept only when useful, and are attributed as "reported by" that source.
• Announcements that have not been published in the Government Gazette are labelled as announcements.
• Where two official sources clearly contradict each other, the note says so and links both.

These notes are summaries, not professional tax or legal opinions, and the official texts prevail.

Corrections#

If you find an error, email the editor. Corrections are made in the note, the last-updated date is changed, and the correction is described at the end of the note.

Privacy#

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. If the newsletter goes live, we will store only your email address and a record of your consent, with an email provider acting as data processor. We will not sell or share this data. You can unsubscribe at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. The data controller is the publisher named on the Sponsors & advertising page.
